In this role, you support the Retail operation within the Venlo distribution centre: - Coordination of workforce administration for the Retail team - Management of HR‑related processes, including onboarding and offboarding - Administration of workwear and updates for internal info screens - Coordination of temporary staff and workforce allocation - Absence reporting and maintaining accurate employee records - Daily administration of Quinyx, including scheduling, time approval and employee setup - Support of payroll processes and handling ad hoc payroll tasks - Guidance to employees on payroll, absence, holidays and company policies What's in it for you - Salary between € 3,000 and € 3,400 per month, depending on experience - 37‑hour workweek - Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre - Pension scheme according to employer policy - Employment via temporary contract (with the possibility of being taken over by Søstrene Grene upon good performance) - Role with impact, supporting both operations and People & Culture - International working environment with strong collaboration values - Experience in warehouse administration, logistics or warehouse operations - Comfortable working with digital systems; experience with Quinyx is an advantage - Fluent in English with strong communication skills - Responsible and detail‑oriented - Able to maintain quality under pressure - Service‑minded and committed to trust, inte
