As a Material Coordinator, you will play an important role within the procurement team. You will ensure that the right parts are available on time for aircraft maintenance activities, directly contributing to a safe and efficient maintenance operation. Your initial responsibilities will include: - Placing orders for required aircraft parts and materials - Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively following up on order statuses - Processing, verifying, and maintaining administrative records - Keeping procurement systems, documentation, and related data up to date As you gain experience, you will take on increasing responsibility. You will learn more about the world of aircraft maintenance and technical procurement and will eventually be responsible for independently sourcing parts that are not readily available. Persistence, accuracy, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with experienced Buyers, Senior Buyers, and maintenance technicians on a daily basis, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of both the organization and the industry.
