The role As Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily performance of your team and ensure that the operation runs smoothly. Working closely with the office team and the Floor Managers, you play an important role in connecting people, processes and operational priorities. You are visible and approachable on the work floor and always have a clear understanding of what is happening within your team. You support and motivate employees, set clear expectations and ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities and priorities. When necessary, you address issues, make decisions and take action. This position combines operational leadership with administrative responsibilities. You organize your own work, monitor progress and results, and ensure that all required administration is accurate and up to date. The role offers a high level of freedom and responsibility. As long as processes are followed and daily results are achieved, you have the flexibility to organize your own work and that of your team in the way that works best. As your team grows, you will also be actively involved in recruitment and selection, giving you significant input into who joins your team.
