In this position, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and safety standards are met, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery. What You Will Do - Lead daily Value-Added Services operations, ensuring appropriate staffing, training, workflow coordination, and achievement of operational performance targets. - Monitor and improve key performance indicators including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. - Maintain compliance with health and safety, regulatory, quality, and hazardous materials requirements while promoting a safe and inclusive workplace. - Coach and develop team members through training, performance support, and development planning to improve operational capability and engagement. - Analyse operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Coordinate audits, inspections, standard operating procedure reviews, and corrective action activities to ensure ongoing compliance. - Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, and other business functions to support operational priorities, new products, and process improvements. - Support resource planning,...
