Would you like to work at Schiphol Airport and help prepare and assemble meals while packing catering trolleys for international airlines? Gate Gourmet Schiphol is looking for enthusiastic Production Catering Employees. Previous experience is not required, as you will receive training and guidance from experienced colleagues. What are you going to do? At Gate Gourmet Schiphol, you can work in one of three different departments. Together with your team, you will ensure that aircraft are fully supplied with meals and other onboard products. The three departments are Pick & Pack, Wash & Pack, and Make & Pack. Pick & Pack - Assemble airline trolleys with meals, snacks, and retail products. - Monitor stock levels and work according to strict quality and safety procedures. - Ensure accurate preparation of catering supplies for departing flights. Wash & Pack - Clean airline trolleys and catering equipment. - Sort and reuse suitable materials. - Prepare equipment for upcoming flights. Make & Pack - Prepare and assemble passenger meals. - Collect and process ingredients according to recipes. - Work in compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations. - Package and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. What do we offer? - You are at least 18 years old. - You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. - You are available to work full-time (40 hours per week). - You are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and an Aviation Security Clearance (VGB). - You have been continuously residing in the Netherlands for the past 8 years. - You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality. - You enjoy working in a structured production environment. Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience in production, the food industry, logistics, or airline catering. - Knowledge of HACCP procedures. - Affinity with food production and logistics processes.
