The company works with modern production lines and actively invests in employee development. As a production team leader, you lead a production team every day and make sure production runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will work with modern production lines, have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and earn an attractive gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,600, excluding allowances. About the function This is what your day looks like as a production team leader: you start with a walk around the department. You check how the line is running, whether the machines are ready and if there are any updates from the previous shift. With a coffee in hand, you discuss the planning with your team: who works where, what is today's output target and what needs extra attention? While production is running, you keep an overview. You coach your colleagues, make adjustments where needed and ensure quality and safety always come first. As a production team leader, your working hours may vary depending on the season.
