As a Customer Service Advisor, you’re the first point of contact for customers of an international company, helping them by phone, chat and email with everything from account access to payments and billing questions. Some of what you’ll handle involves gaming accounts specifically (think password resets or troubleshooting access), and anything more complex gets passed on to the right specialist so the customer isn’t left waiting. You’ll complete 5 weeks of paid training before you start handling cases on your own. About the company You’ll be based in a modern office in Larnaca, part of a team made up of colleagues from across Europe supporting the same client in their own languages. That mix keeps the atmosphere informal, with easy access to your team lead and plenty of people around who’ve made the same move abroad you’re considering. Working on-site every day also means you get to know your team quickly, rather than staying at arm’s length. Living in Larnaca, Cyprus Larnaca sits on the south coast of Cyprus, smaller and more laid-back than some of the island’s bigger cities, with a palm-lined seafront promenade (the Finikoudes) that’s an easy spot for a coffee or a walk once you’re off shift. The airport is just outside town, so getting home or exploring the rest of Europe is never a long trip. Just beyond the city centre is the Salt Lake, known for its flamingos, and the old town around Agios Lazaros church is a short walk from the water.
