About this role
Your day starts with answering a stream of messages from customers who are stuck somewhere – via chat, email, social media or phone. You solve their problems with a smile (or at least with friendly words), and between helping out you review user-generated content to make sure everything stays neat. Boring? No. Varied? Absolutely. You work in a team of people from all over the world, so you learn something new every day. Job Requirements- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)- Good English- Minimum 18 years old- Valid European passport number or identity card- Availability for at least 6+ months in Porto Working Conditions- Fully paid training beforehand- 40-hour working week in shift work (Monday-Sunday, 08:00-19:00)- 36 paid days off per year- Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day- Health insurance- Housing opportunity- Administrative support with your move to Portugal Interested?- Chat with Will and tell us what you'd like to know.
