As a Customer Service Advisor, you help customers of an international company by phone, chat and email; think account access, payments, technical hiccups, or being pointed to the right place when something’s more complex than a quick fix. Depending on which project you’re placed on, that could mean supporting players with their gaming accounts, or helping people navigate a digital communication platform used across public and private services. Either way, you get a paid training period before you start for real, so you walk in prepared. About the company You’ll work from a modern office in Larnaca, alongside colleagues from all over Europe who support the same clients in their own languages.
