Your articulate and courteous communication ensures every travel partner experiences first-rate support. Work in an energetic, multicultural environment Based in Amsterdam-West, you will be part of an international team in a fast-changing atmosphere. To set you up for success, your journey begins with an in-depth training period covering all relevant platforms, guidelines, and tools. Once you complete this onboarding phase, you will have the flexibility to work partly from home. What you bring to the role You have a strong service orientation and genuinely like engaging with callers daily. You communicate effortlessly in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, allowing you to flourish in a global workplace. Prior customer support experience is welcome, but your upbeat attitude and drive to grow are what count most.
