Functieomschrijving Dienstverband: Freelance/ZZP, Fulltime, Parttime Freelance Sales Operations Administrator For a fast-growing international organisation with a strong focus on sustainability and building a greener future , we are looking for a Freelance Sales Operations Administrator to provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the commercial team. The assignment Due to continued growth, the team needs additional support with the day-to-day administration behind onboarding new customers and keeping sales operations running smoothly. You will support the team with: - Onboarding new customers and setting them up correctly in the CRM and other business systems - Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring information is complete and up to date - Arranging and administering corporate charge cards and related requirements - Supporting customer contracts, documentation and account administration - Coordinating the internal steps required to get new customers fully operational - Following up on actions with sales colleagues, customers and internal teams - Maintaining trackers, documentation and sales operations records - Supporting the wider commercial team with ad hoc operational and administrative activities Your profile - Experience in sales operations, commercial administration, customer onboarding or a similar support role - Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining customer data - Strong administrative and organisational skills - A structured, proactive and detail-oriented way of working - Excellent English communication skills - Comfortable working across different teams and following up to get things done - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing int...
