Job Summary
The "DL Recruiter" will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, reporting to DL Recruitment Lead.
This role is responsible for supporting high-volume hiring for Technician and Operator roles, mastering sourcing strategies, ensuring timely delivery, strong candidate experience, and effective coordination with hiring teams.
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Technician and Operator rolesFocus on strategic sourcing, external partnerships, and talent pipeline developmentCoordinate and support walk-in interviews, career fairs, and hiring eventsBuild and maintain external collaboration with manpower agencies, training institutes, colleges, and community partnersScreen candidates efficiently and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirementsPartner closely with hiring managers to drive fast turnaround and meet hiring timelinesManage candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure good experience and strong conversion ratesTrack and maintain recruitment pipeline to ensure SLA and hiring targets are metSupport offer process including preparation, explanation, and follow-upEnsure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirementsRepresent Flex as an employer of choice during candidate interactions and hiring activitiesQualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalentminimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably Technician / Operator hiringProven track record in strategic sourcing and external collaboration (agencies, colleges, training partners) for high volume Technician / Operator hiringExperience in campus recruitment and building talent pipelinesProficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data tracking and analysis skillComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentGood coordination and communication skills with candidates and hiring managersSelf-driven and able to manage recruitment activities independently with minimal supervisionStrong knowledge of recruitment systems and onboarding processesWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical benefits, dental, visionLife InsurancePaid Time OffAllowances & BonusesKJ19
