Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, with a strong focus on export control, sanctions and international trade compliance. Provide practical legal advice, coordinate legal matters and leverage approved AI and legal technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, contract lifecycle management and risk mitigation across the organization.
