As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own recruitment for your business area and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, directors, and HR Business Partners. You will challenge assumptions, build proactive talent pipelines, and help shape the future of Talent Acquisition within our Central Head Office organization. Our Talent Acquisition team is evolving towards a more proactive and strategic model. We are strengthening our sourcing capabilities, building sustainable talent pipelines, and partnering more closely with the business. "No two days are the same.
