Grace Church Amsterdam is an English speaking Christian church serving an international community in Amsterdam. We are seeking a full time Lead Pastor and Lead Elder to provide pastoral, theological and organizational leadership to the church. The Lead Pastor will serve as a Staff Elder and work together with our lay elders. Responsibilities include preaching regularly, overseeing Sunday worship gatherings, leading elder meetings, providing pastoral care, equipping church members for discipleship and evangelism, developing future elders and deacons, supervising staff, and overseeing the day to day operations of the church. The candidate must be able to affirm the doctrinal statement of Grace Church without reservation. We are seeking a pastor committed to expository preaching, the authority and inerrancy of Scripture, complementarian convictions, and Reformed soteriology. Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required. The candidate must be able to preach, teach, provide pastoral care, lead meetings, and supervise staff in an English speaking church environment.
