You don't just identify opportunities - you actively drive them from idea to implementation. You work closely with your stakeholders, architects, data specialists, application vendors, POs and DevOps teams both within the NFR Grid and beyond, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. The NFR Grid serves stakeholders in domains such as Legal, Audit, Compliance (Trade Surveillance), SIM, Business Continuity Management, Regulatory Change Management, Privacy, Corporate Office, and more. Your job Your primary responsibility is to drive innovation by translating business, risk, regulatory and data requirements from Compliance Market Abuse Monitoring stakeholders into clear, actionable user stories for both SaaS and in-house application development. You help shape the complete data journey: from identifying and collecting relevant stock-market, transaction, reference and compliance data to structuring, enriching and making it fit for effective monitoring. You ensure that data is handled in line with ABN AMRO's security, privacy, classification and data-risk requirements, including requirements for access control, segregation, lineage, logging, auditability, retention and integration with existing systems.
