Positioned within EY's Clients & Industries team, the role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic, client-facing leader who helps shape and steer the national commercial strategy for audits for multinational and large accounts in the coming years. Key responsibilities include: - Support EY's Audit growth agenda by turning strategy, priorities and pipeline insights into clear commercial actions. - Coordinate major audit pursuits and tenders, from early win strategy to proposal storylines, reviews and follow-up. - Support the Audit Client Experience (CX) agenda by executing feedback interviews, win/loss reviews and translating client insights into improvements. - Strengthening commercial discipline through pipeline reporting, dashboards, forecasting and adoption of technology and AI-enabled tools. - Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, remove blockers and keep decisions moving. - Build practical playbooks, templates and ways of working that ...
