EMEA EHS Account Program Manager Date: 3 Sept 2026 Location: Schiphol-Rijk, NL, 1119 MB Company: GXO Logistics EMEA EHS Account Program Manager Location: Ideally based in Amsterdam, Netherlands but we will also consider applications from within EMEA as this role includes regular travel across EMEA and United Kingdom including Amsterdam Department: QE3SH Contract type: Permanent Logistics at full potential We're looking for an EMEA EHS Accounts Program Manager to lead the strategic oversight and governance of Environment, Health and Safety programs for a designated global technology industry, customer across the EMEA region. You'll ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, GXO standards and customer expectations, while driving a culture of prevention, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll establish, lead and maintain EMEA Safety Governance and Steering Committees, providing performance transparency and proactive risk management across multiple countries and business units. You'll act as the primary EHS strategic partner for the customer, building trusted relationships and ensuring agreed safety deliverables, performance expectations and improvement initiatives are delivered. You'll report directly to the VP Safety EU/UK&I and work closely with senior customer stakeholders, the Strategic Account Director, and GXO operational and EHS leadership teams What you'll do: - Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the EMEA EHS program for the account, driving continuous improvement through a strong governance framework - Act as a senior EHS partner and trusted advisor to customer leadership, aligning GXO and customer EHS objectives - Lead EMEA Safety Steering Committees and governance forums to manage risk, monitor performance and ensure consistent execution - Partner with Operations, HR, Engineering, Security, Real Estate, Business Development and customer leadership teams to embed...
