The mission of the CRO organisation is 'we deliver sound and simple Risk Management solutions to increase our resilience while enabling our client's success and the banks growth', with the vision to 'secure risk excellence in the heart of ABN AMRO'. Therefore, the CRO organisation focusses on four strategic pillars: Simplicity, Execution Focus, Risks that Matter and Risk Culture. These strategic pillars rely on their People, Innovation, Seamless Processing, Governance & Organisation to successfully realise the Risk Management Vision. External Risk Reporting is part of the central Risk Reporting department. The risk reporting activities were historically embedded across multiple risk management functions. The Risk Reporting department was created in 2025 to centralise internal and external risk reporting for simplifying and enhancing risk management capabilities. Risk Reporting brings together professionals with varied expertise, creating an inclusive culture that thrives on collaboration and shared success. - Take ownership of risk deliverables in the Quarterly and Annual Report covering. financial, non-financial and ESG risks. Tasks include managing changes, analysis of figures and writing narrative. - Validating Pillar 3 templates, analysing movements and producing clear supporting narrative. Working on projects to improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency. - Working on tasks within Internal Risk Reporting is also possible. - Ensuring that all risk reports are consistent and aligned across various communication channels. Information shared with investors, regulators, and other external parties should be appropriate, uniform and coherent. - Engaging with bankwide stakeholders, and the external auditor, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and complete. - Continued development and ...
