Reports To - Onshore Maintenance and Reliability Lead (hierarchically) - Maintenance Superintendent (functionally) Background - The Crane and Hydraulic Specialist support the maintenance team by offering technical expertise related to the maintenance and repair of offshore cranes and hydraulic systems. They can lead technicians through those complex equipment issues, implementing effective solutions that ensure optimal performance and reliability. - With attention to detail, they ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with OandM contractor requirements and local regulations across all facets of work. - As technical leaders, they leverage their seniority, extensive experience, and knowledge to mentor mechanical technicians.
