Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Line Leader (m/f/d). What your job includes As a Line Leader, you are responsible for the daily operation of a production line. You make sure production runs safely, on time, and according to quality standards. You lead a team of operators, support them during the shift, and help solve any issues on the line. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support a team of production employees and operators - Make sure production targets are met - Check product quality, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards - Ensure correct product labels and production records - Solve minor machine or production issues and report larger problems - Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized - Look for ways to improve the production process What we expect from you - MBO Level 3 working and thinking level - Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment - Experience as a team leader or supervisor is an advantage - Knowledge of HACCP is a plus - Good communication skills - Good command of Dutch and/or English - Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (5:30-15:00 and 15:00-23:30) - A valid working permit for the Netherlands What We Offer - A competitive monthly salary (based on a 36-hour work week), depending on your knowledge and experience - A fixed-term contract with the opportunity for a permanent contract - 24 vacation days per year - An 8% holiday allowance - A 3.25% year-end bonus - A comprehensive pension plan through VLEP - A future-focused working environment - Opportunities for training, personal development, and career growth - A supportive team in an international production environment - A monthly salary of min. 2555€
