This is an international position, which involves spending a lot of time with our customers abroad (approximately 70-80%). From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld. As an International Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing machines, maintaining existing machines, and troubleshooting malfunctions at customer sites in the Netherlands, Europe, and worldwide! You will spend a significant amount of time at our customers' sites, approximately 70% of your working hours. During these projects, you will have frequent contact with the service team in Barneveld. When you are not on site at customer locations, you will work from home or at our office in Barneveld (depending on where you live). What kind of work can you expect to do? Installation and/or modification of machines: • (Provide instruction on) loading and unloading machines and inspecting deliveries for damage and completeness; • Installing, maintaining, and relocating new and used machines at customer sites worldwide; • Assembling or modifying a complete machine (or part of a machine) at customer sites using mechanical, electrical, and electronic tools; • Assisting the customer with the startu...
