We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Maintenance Officer to strengthen our Technical Department for 40 hours per week. Who We Are Slaapschepen organises temporary project accommodation on board ships, from initial request to implementation on site. We take care of the entire process: from design and operational management to daily coordination. We remain involved throughout the stay and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Wherever there is water, we can quickly and efficiently realise suitable accommodation solutions. As an organisation, we are growing and have ambitious plans. This means that, in addition to your daily work, you may also be asked to participate in (change) projects. The atmosphere is informal, open and entrepreneurial. You shape your role independently and work within a close-knit team that values decisiveness and ownership. Your Role As a Technical Maintenance Officer, you are responsible for independently carrying out technical work across various projects within the Netherlands. This includes installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities on our vessels, as well as providing support during renovations of Slaapschepen office buildings. You will spend several days per week traveling to project locations in North and South Holland. Other work activities take place in Friesland. You are a vital part of our team and play a key role in successfully managing the technical aspects of our projects.
