As Legal Counsel, you work at the intersection of law, business and technology. Start your application Your responsibilities Legal advice advise business leaders and teams on commercial, legal and compliance matters; Contracts draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, technology, distribution and hardware agreements; Strategic projects advise on strategic projects, transactions, governance and policy; Scalable solutions translate recurring legal questions into standards, templates, playbooks and smarter processes; Collaboration build strong relationships across Nedap's business units and international operations, bringing different interests together. Your team You will join a compact Legal & Compliance team. You report to the General Counsel and work closely with colleagues across Nedap, including business leaders and a range of expert teams.
