The role As Brand Marketing Manager EU, you will support the Head of Brand Marketing EU in translating brand and category strategies into impactful marketing activities across multiple European markets. You will work on product launches, campaigns, brand activations, content development, and retailer communications within our Portable Heating, Portable Cooling, Outdoor Living, and Flame categories. You act as the link between Product Management, Sales, Creative teams, and external partners. You ensure that content, marketing materials, and campaigns consistently reflect the Dimplex brand identity and are available on time for customers, retailers, and distributors. You closely monitor market developments, consumer behavior, and competitors, translating insights into concrete marketing actions. No two days are the same. One moment you may be working on a product launch for a new category, while later in the day you could be preparing a creative brief for an agency, reviewing marketing content, or collaborating with colleagues on a European campaign. The department You will be part of the international Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing EU. Within the team, you will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Creative. You will also maintain regular contact with external agencies, designers, retailers, and distributors across various European countries. Who are we looking for?
