As an Coordinator Assistant, you will be the right-hand man to our Employee Coordinator. You support them in their daily work and make sure everything runs efficiently. You'll help answer questions from flex workers, assist with scheduling shifts for the flex workers, and support in transport planning to make sure flex workers get to work in the most efficient way possible. You'll also be involved in client visits, checking in on flex workers at workplaces, and making sure everyone has what they need. Tasks may include: - Answering questions and supporting flex workers - Help with transport planning, so that our flex workers arrive at their workplace in the most efficient way. - Regularly visit clients and workplaces to monitor progress and ensure all needs are met - Whether it's solving a problem or picking up other tasks, you make sure everything keeps running smoothly. - Scheduling shifts for flex workers - You will be responsible to replace coordinator during his / her absence WE OFFER - Good salary: Including bonuses, holiday pay and a non-contributory pension (Start salary € 2560 gross) - This is a ye...
