About the Role The Vice President Indirect Spend leads the global management of indirect spend categories, driving strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier partnerships that support business growth. This role is responsible for optimizing cost, mitigating risk, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance while maintaining Barry Callebaut's quality standards. The position leads a global organization of approximately 100 colleagues through 10 direct reports and collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
