Your Role as a Production Worker Are you looking for a production job in a technical manufacturing environment where you can learn a skilled trade and develop your career? As a Production Worker, you will receive full training and gradually learn different tasks on the production line. You will start by checking, rolling and packing rubber profiles. As you gain experience, you will be trained step by step to perform additional production tasks. This means your work will become more varied over time, while giving you plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company. No previous experience in the rubber industry is required. Your motivation, reliability and willingness to learn are much more important. You will work on one of five production lines, manufacturing high-quality rubber profiles used for various applications, including windows, doors, greenhouses and canopies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Checking and packing rubber profiles; - Rolling and preparing finished products for shipment; - Performing quality checks and inspections; - Checking profile dimensions and ensuring they meet the required specifications; - Supplying and processing production materials; - Operating different parts of the production line and machinery; - Identifying and reporting defects, irregularities or quality issues; - Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe; - Following production procedures and quality standards.
