Build from the ground up in a new, automated warehouse environment and, as a Supervisor, provide direction across people, processes, and performance. Wie zoeken we? For this position, we are looking for a Supervisor with experience in a warehouse environment and proven leadership responsibility. You do not need to have worked as a Supervisor for many years. MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years of experience as an Assistant Supervisor with leadership responsibility Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment Experience working with complex systems, such as SAP, ERP, or WMS Good command of the English language Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule An analytical and results-oriented approach to work A coaching and collaborative leadership style Wat bieden wij je? You ensure that daily operations run smoothly, KPIs are achieved, and employees know exactly what is expected of them. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager. Every day, you work closely with both your team and the operation. You monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments where needed. At the same time, you look ahead: where can processes be made smarter, faster, or more efficient? Managing, supporting, and coaching the team Monitoring and adjusting KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning Leading daily start-up meetings and setting clear priorities Coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce team Identifying and implementing process improvements Working with automated systems within the warehouse environment Encouraging ownership and professional development within the team You work in a two-shift schedule, with early and late shifts on weekdays. You will receive an additional shift allowance for working these hours. Where will you work?
