As a Payroll Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within payroll services in Flevoland, surrounding municipalities, and Friesland. You act as a key link between clients, employees, and internal departments, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of payroll processes. In your role, you are supported by the Payroll Back Office. - Maintaining existing customer relationships - Actively recruiting new customers in the Flevoland and Friesland regions - Advising clients on payroll, employment law and HR-related matters - Coordinating payroll and HR administration - Identifying commercial opportunities and turning them into concrete actions - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (including employment law and tax regulations) - Act as the first point of contact for customers and staff - Working with internal departments such as HR, payroll and legal affairs - Analysing customer needs and translating them into appropriate solutions - Preparing reports and evaluations for clients - Keeping abreast of developments in legislation and regulations YOUR PROFILE ...
