An experienced Assistant Supervisor who is ready to take the next step is also welcome to apply. - MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking - At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years of experience as an Assistant Supervisor with leadership responsibility - Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment - Experience working with complex systems, such as SAP, ERP, or WMS - Good command of the English language - Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule - An analytical and results-oriented approach to work - A coaching and collaborative leadership style Wat bieden wij je?
