Our production is divided into two departments: Snoezelen/sensory rooms and materials, and special beds. As a production worker at Barry Emons , you'll be working in the department where you'll help create unique sensory products for people with special care needs. These include sensory materials and components for complete Snoezelen/sensory rooms. Not mass production where you do the same thing all day, but varied work where precision and craftsmanship are important. What will you do? Together with your coworkers, you'll ensure that our products are manufactured and assembled on schedule and to the required quality standards. Depending on the nature of the work and where your experience and skills are best utilized, your responsibilities will include, among other things: - Assembling and putting together products and parts; - Machining sheet metal, plastic, and other materials; - Working with hand tools and various machines; - Check that products are finished properly and neatly; - Work with your colleagues to ensure that assignments are completed on time; - Thinking along with others about how to do things smarter or better.
