Lab Technician Laboratory Technician Bolton Adhesives is looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our R&D team in Goes, the Netherlands. How you make the difference As a Laboratory Technician, you help develop and improve innovative adhesives, glues and sealants. You conduct reliable tests and support the successful scale-up and implementation of new formulations. How your agenda looks like: - Prepare laboratory samples for related development and maintenance projects or activities. - Plan and perform analytical, chemical and physical test series, including accurate documentation of the results. - Evaluate test results and report your findings to the (Senior) Product Development Manager. - Accompany production scale-ups and contribute to the successful implementation of formulations. - Develop new and improve existing test methods in alignment with the (Senior) Product Development Manager. - Monitor the functionality of assigned laboratory equipment and coordinate its maintenance. Your team: You will become part of the R&D team at our Adhesives location in Goes. You will work closely with Product Development Managers, Lab Technicians and R&D Manager. What makes you a great fit: - MBO Level 4 degree in Laboratory Technology. - Good command of Dutch and English; English is essential for this role. - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry. - One to two years of professional experience in an industrial laboratory environment is an advantage. - You work flexibly, safely, independently and accurately. - You are a committed team player.
