As a Production Operator in Hapert, you will work with high-quality composite materials such as fibres and fibre-reinforced materials. You will learn the production process on the job and contribute to products used in industries including high-tech, medical technology, automotive, aerospace and defence. As a Production Operator, you will be involved in the manufacturing and processing of composite products. You will work according to clear work instructions and make sure every production step is completed accurately. Your responsibilities include: - Preparing materials for the production process; - Working with fibres and composite materials; - Processing, assembling and finishing products; - Operating production equipment and tools; - Carrying out different production steps according to work instructions; - Checking products for quality and finish; - Identifying and reporting deviations; - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment; - Working closely with your colleagues within the production team. This is a hands-on and varied position. You will work with your hands and see the direct result of your work.
