About this role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you play a crucial role in the logistics process. You are responsible for loading and unloading goods, safely moving racking and pallets using a reach truck, and accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments. In addition, you assist with storing goods, replenishing stock, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work closely with a friendly and dedicated team in a structured and safe warehouse environment. Cleanliness, organization, and safety come naturally to you. If you notice anything that could be improved or made safer, you speak up, because you actively contribute to continuous improvement. You will work in a rotating shift schedule, ensuring no two weeks are the same. One week, you start at 6:00 and finish around 15:00. The next week, you work from 15:00 until approximately midnight. For working these shifts, you will receive a 15% shift allowance. In short, this is an active and varied role where you'll stay engaged throughout the day, take on responsibility, and be rewarded accordingly. - You hold a valid Reach Truck Certificate. - Accurate and detail-oriented, especially when processing large volumes of orders. - Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting and moving products. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Team player who takes responsibility for the quality of their work.
