Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as food and cosmetics. Your responsibilities - Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station; - Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch); - Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing; - Operating and monitoring equipment; - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace; - Following all safety and quality regulations; - Actively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process. 3 shifts - 07:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 23:00 - 23:00 - 07:00 Wat we je bieden - Gross hourly wage of €17,73 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked - 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance - 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget - Travel allowance of €0.21 per km - Training to become an allround operator - A contract directly at IFF in the future At Start People, we reward according to the principle of equal pay; your employment conditions always match those of colleagues who are directly employed by the client.
