Become an essential part of our team! Your role as an Administrative Assistant: As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our order process. You'll process incoming orders so they can be fulfilled and ensure that certificates are issued for our international orders. You'll naturally also be involved in the fulfilment of our orders, as well as liaising with suppliers and our agents. You'll also keep the stock list up to date. You will work in a small office team comprising a total of 25 colleagues (including production staff and fish caretakers). With your administrative talent and organisational skills, you will contribute to optimal performance on a daily basis. Together, we strive for excellent service and maximum customer satisfaction.
