We're looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Breda, the Netherlands - on a flexible, on-call basis (oproepbasis) for 12 to 20 hours per week. Bambelo Bambelo aims to become "The Destination Platform for Consumer Services in Europe." We achieve this through dozens of comparison and service platforms across Europe. We are currently active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, and Italy , and we have ambitious plans to expand further across Europe. From our office in the center of Breda , we connect consumers with trusted service providers. Our platforms help consumers easily find the right professional, whether it is a real estate agent, painter, or another service provider . Our core strengths are lead generation and relationship management , bringing supply and demand closer together. Your role as Customer Service French As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be in direct contact with consumers who have submitted a request through one of our platforms. You mainly contact customers by phone. By asking open and relevant questions and listening carefully, you find out exactly what the customer is looking for. Your responsibilities include - Contacting French-speaking customers by phone - Asking the right questions to understand their situation and needs - Helping customers with questions about their request or our platform - Assessing and categorizing customer requests - Handling customer service and return requests - Recording relevant information accurately in our CRM system - Using your communication skills to create the best possible match between con...
