Functieomschrijving As an Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You will work with modern production lines, making sure the machines run optimally and quality standards are maintained.Your responsibilities will include - Setting up, operating and changing over production lines - Monitoring the production process and progress - Performing quality checks and inspecting products - Resolving minor malfunctions and carrying out firstline maintenance - Identifying deviations and opportunities for process improvements - Maintaining a clean, safe and organized working environment - Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
