Functieomschrijving Role Summary In this role you are providing administrative HR and general management support for our Logistics Operations. Together with your HR Support colleagues and HR Business Partner you provide service and information to the management and employees. Key Responsibilities - Responsible for a correct execution of all HR administration including contracts and following guidelines and checklists and correct setup within the different systems. - Support on different HR processes as for example recruitment, illness and education. - First point of contact for all operational HR process questions for example performance management and competency evaluation. - Responsible for monthly reporting for set HR KPI's and ad hoc KPI's. - Responsible on T&A administration, reporting and follow up - Responsible for up-to-date systems as on Pension, Health (Arbo), Gym. Insurances and Workday and GHRPS - Support on monthly salary process for NL and all small 6 small countries - Support in performance management cycles, case management, payroll administration, contact with the (inhouse) agencies, exit processes. - Continuous improve HR admin processes. - Suppo...
