You are responsible for component releases within the pre-defined timeline, with focus on functionality, reliability, quality, robustness, manufacturability and cost. Design processes are based on Six Sigma tools and techniques In your position as Design Engineer in the Engine Wiring Harness group you report to the supervisor of the External 2 group, as well as the Project Lead Engineer. Functie-eisen - Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. - Experience with Electrical harness design, experience with Saber/Capital Harness, or similar wiring design software. - Experienced CAD software user, preferably CREO. - Automotive and/or Combustion Engine knowledge is a pre. - Good English skills are mandatory, Dutch skills are a pre; willingness to learn Dutch is mandatory.
