Tasks Business Analyst – Fleet Management Services (CLIENT’S Connected Portal) Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid) Department: Fleet Management Services / Digital Solutions Location : Eindhoven, Netherlands. Duration – 3 Months extendable About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and global rollout of the CLIENT’S Connected Portal and Fleet Management Services. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital and data-driven solutions, including Consent Management, Data Services, Fleet Management Services (FMS), and Worldwide Application Setup across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities - Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. - Translate business needs into user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Fleet Management Services, Consent Management, and Data Service solutions. - Coordinate worldwide application setup, onboarding, and configuration activities across multiple countries and markets. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. - Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings across geographically distributed teams. - Support system integration initiatives involving APIs, connected vehicle platforms, and enterprise applications. - Coordinate and support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Ensure solutions align with global standards, data governance policies, and local market requirements. - Analyze and optimize business processes to drive continuous improvement of fleet management and connected vehicle services. - Act as a t
