You'll identify commercial opportunities, translate customer needs into concrete solutions, and ensure that products remain aligned with developments in the energy market. You'll be given a great deal of responsibility and the freedom to make decisions independently, while constantly striking the right balance between customer value, commercial impact, and operational feasibility. You'll work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and serve as a bridge between business, operations, and technology. By bringing together market trends, customer insights, and internal expertise, you'll directly contribute to the continued growth and professional development of Scholt Energy. What you bring to the table: - HBO or university-level education and thinking; - At least five years of experience in product management, preferably in a complex technical or energy-related environment; - Experience with end-to-end management of products or propositions; - Experience developing product roadmaps and setting priorities; - The ability to align commercial opportunities, customer needs, and operational capabilities; - Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management; - An entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset; - A strong focus on customer value and continuous improvement; - Proficiency in Dutch and English.
