You support projects to strive for first-time-right development, help managing and reducing risks, define process directions, and drive continuous improvement in product and process quality. In practice, this means: Continuous Improvement - Process improvement: - Manage (workshops on) Product Creation Process flow chart improvements and maintenance - Clarify processes by documenting and aligning them with Engineering - Improve internal Q&R processes through small improvements - Standardize internal Q&R processes and document these in department instructions - Develop or update e-Learnings if applicable - Help with identifying process knowledge gaps in project teams and support resolving them by providing training on: - The Product Creation Process and its key deliverables - The V-model - Basic configuration management Quality Assurance - Support Engineers with key Product Creation Process deliverables, such as: DFMEAs, Scorecards and Supplier Signoffs - Support Project Management and Engineers with task management within projects - Support Project Manageme...
