← DEX nieuws M&A advisor vacancy Read document text VACANCY: DEX international M&A is looking for an M&A advisor DEX international M&A is an independent mid-market advisory firm advising business owners, investors and large corporations on mergers and acquisitions. Founded in 2015, DEX has successfully completed over 50 transactions, with typical transaction values ranging from €10 million to €150+ million. The majority of transactions are cross-border. The team is currently made up of 6 M&A professionals and 1 support staff working from our offices in Oisterwijk. Clients are both Dutch and international entrepreneurs, private equity firms and medium to large sized businesses. DEX works in close collaboration with Globalscope partner firms. With an ever increasing dealflow, DEX is looking to strengthen its team with an M&A advisor. Working at DEX implies working in teams, however with an independent mind-set and taking responsibility from day one. Tasks and responsibilities are diverse and vary across all stages of the transaction process. Important job elements are: • Strategic, commercial and financial analysis • Market research including long- and shortlisting • Company valuations • Project/stakeholder management and overall relationship building • Coordination of due diligence processes • Assisting in deal negotiations Candidate profile Our ideal candidate has: • A Master's degree (most likely in economics, finance or business administration) • 2-4 years of working experience in M&A (preferred), private equity or (top tier) strategy consulting • A strong focus on team dynamics and people • Qualitative, quantitative and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Strong presence and confidence, able to deal with complex and tough situations and people • A well-rounded and versatile personality with strong communications skills • Solid judgment with a persuasive touch • Fluent Dutch and English langua...
