As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will contribute to the further development and deployment of quality within MFS. You will operate at the intersection of quality systems, governance and shop‑floor execution, helping to turn quality intent into consistent, practical ways of working. Job Mission Act as a senior quality professional within MFS, strengthening quality systems, governance and continuous improvement. You support the organization in embedding structure, transparency and learning, while working hands‑on with operations to ensure quality is applied in day‑to‑day practice. The hands‑on senior quality engineer is comfortable working at the gemba and applying quality in practice. You have experience implementing quality in real operational environments and prefer doing, coaching and enabling over observing and reporting from a distance. You strengthen systems and governance by being close to the operation and helping teams make quality work in reality.
