Shop Floor Scheduler Date: Sep 8, 2026 Location: Papendrecht, NL Company: GKN Aerospace Careers Job Summary As a Shop Floor Scheduler, you will play a central role in supporting and coordinating supply chain and production planning within the Landing Gear Product Team in Papendrecht. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and that different departments work together effectively to meet delivery commitments. On a daily basis, you will monitor progress and coordinate activities between teams such as Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality Control and Operations. Thanks to your overview, strong communication skills and hands-on approach, you are able to identify and resolve bottlenecks in a timely manner. In this role, you will report to the Site Supply Chain Manager and make a tangible contribution to achieving our operational objectives. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be central to the day-to-day management of the supply chain and production planning. You will maintain a constant overview, make adjustments where necessary and liaise actively with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations. • Monitoring production progress on a daily basis and making timely adjustments in the event of deviations • Coordinating and monitoring medium- to long-term planning within the Product Team • Actively liaising with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Quality • Identifying bottlenecks in capacity, materials or planning and taking proactive action • Supporting and ensuring the achievement of production and delivery targets (Master Production Schedule) • Leading and preparing daily meetings, including clear follow-up on actions • Monitoring SCM KPIs and translating insights into concrete improvement actions • Ensuring clear communication and coordination between all departments involved Job Qualifications We are looking for a proactive professional who takes...
