Program Manager - Space Products Delft Full Time Senior About this job We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join the team in Delft . As Earth observation missions continue to demand higher-resolution sensors and increasingly intelligent payloads, the need for a new generation of on-board processing capabilities is growing rapidly. Processing data directly in space enables faster decision-making, reduces bandwidth requirements, and unlocks entirely new mission concepts. At S&T, we are developing the next generation of on-board processing platforms that combine high-performance electronics, advanced software, and AI to bring these enhanced capabilities into orbit as quickly as possible. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our space product portfolio within our Defence & Security business unit in Delft . You will be responsible for aligning multiple hardware, software, and AI integration projects into a single product roadmap, ensuring that together they deliver a scalable, high-performance on-board processing solution for future space missions. Program Manager Main responsibilities - Coordinate the development of S&T's on-board processing product platform, ensuring all projects contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategic objectives. - Facilitate the overall program together with the technical leads, balancing scope, priorities, resources, budgets, schedules, and risks across multiple hardware, software, and AI workstreams. - Support multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the complete product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through development, integration, validation, and deployment, ensuring effective collaboration and timely decision-making. - Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to translate mission and user needs into clear program objectives and technical priorities. - Facilitate col...
