Job Summary The Commercial Support Officer maintains a strong working relationship with the customer and to provide administrative and reporting support to the Commercial Account Manager ensuring that the customer's needs are effectively managed by the business. The Commercial Support Officer will focus on the specific aerospace programmes. Job Responsibilities Contract Management: - To interface and highlight to the business the need to adhere to its contractual obligations and inform customers of GKN's contractual limits; - Manage cash tracking and ensure timely payment from customers within agreed terms; - Adhere to processes and procedures; - Preparation of contractual quotations and claims including ad hoc non recurring invoices in line with sign off procedures; - Responsible for obtaining EUU/EUS to ensure export compliance. Relationship Management: - Support customer review meetings and dispute resolution with customers as appropriate; - Support the monitoring of performance, delivery and quality performance issues and recoveries and escalate as appropriate; - Receive customer initiatives, requests and communications.
