Efficient use of energy, environmentally-friendly mobility and security in a connected world we solve some of the most critical challenges that our society faces while taking a conscientious approach to the use of natural resources. 1 Staff Engineer Unit Process Development Metrology (w/m/div) Key responsibilities in your new role: · Provide new single process solutions to our technology projects · Establish first-of-a-kind recipes and setups on our equipment to support the needs of future Infineon products · Collaborate closely with other departments to establish characterization methods for newly developed single processes · Screen the tool supplier market and initiate as well as execute demos and evaluations for innovative equipment · Guide new characterization methods from first tests until successful implementation into volume production Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A Master's or PhD degree in Physics or a comparable scientific field * More than three years of experience in the characterization of semiconductor materials * A strong focus and deep expertise in XRD or C-V measurement techniques * A proven team player with an open-minded and proactive communication style * A structured and precise work style, characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization * Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage Apply to: [email protected] Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Staff Engineer Unit Process Development Metrology (w/m/div) beträgt 5.400,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
